Turkey Shoot walked so The Running Man could run.

It wasn't bad, though it was definitely over the top with the explosions and air strike. Fav scene: wolf man ripping off a freakin' toe and eating it.

This was a mostly fun little "over-the-top 80's action" piece of Ozploitation. Some of the deaths in the finale are hilarious! I think Trenchard-Smith is the king of Ozploitation.

Sort of a mix of Dead End Drive-In and The Most Dangerous Game. It's the kind of movie that is doing a lot right, fun throughout and feels like a pretty realistic low budget dystopian future but you start getting worried there won't be a beastman. And then, a beastman. (For those in the know I watched this as Turkey Shoot and my original review was: A low budget film I salute.)

Dystopian ozplototion action splatter about people being hunted for sport. Not a masterpiece, but fun to watch, silly b-movie. Olivia Hussey is such a sweetheart! By the way, it's not really her boobs in shower scene, as confirmed by director Trenchard-Smith in the interview that was an extra on DVD. Overall, production values are much higher than I expected, and if anything, it's worth seeing for boobs and gore. Also it's better than Hunger Games.

This movie is perfect for Mystery Science Theater. I particularly enjoyed the wolf man who likes to rip off toes.

This was one crazy movie. Violent and trashy, cheesy yet oddly very watchable.
