The anti-fun films of the silent era were a lot more creative then the exploitation/moral films of the 1930s! This one actually manages to create a serious vibe with Rex Lease in a bottle! But it's going to take a lot more then this to make me believe in prohibition!

The premise is a wash, but the visuals are incredible. I wonder if von Block saw the original cut of Greed, there's a lot of Maria/Zerkow to this.
