Said to be inspired by The Third Man, but I'm feeling none of that. Instead it feels like a convoluted B-movies with spy elements. Good fun, but never suspenseful. Only time it hits any true buzz is when heavyweight Fritz Kortner is on-screen, which wasn't nearly often enough.
