Entrails of a Beautiful Woman

It's incredible how much director 'Gaira' got better just couple of years after incoherent and simply terrible "Guts of the Virgin". This is not exactly the sequel, just same aesthetics and themes explored once again. But this one actually has a story, that makes sense. I have to admit I had damn good time watching it. Perversions, rape, drugs, gore, yakuzas, monsters, monster dicks with teeth - it's all there. And it's VERY funny.

I give more leeway to an exploitation genre movie, knowing it's meant to be tasteless, but even so, the eroticization of (brutally violent) rape in this one disturbed me enough to diminish my enjoyment. It does elicit morbid fascination, and gets humorously surreal when the monster shows up out of nowhere, unexplained. The special fx are inconsistent, sometimes evoking Troma.

A bunch of Yakuza rapists get their comeuppance when one of their victims returns from the dead as a zombie. Gory, and full of naked chicks, but also pretty incoherent and sleazy.
