Empire of the Spiritual Ninja

The plot concerns the criminal activities of the spiritual ninja headed by a ruthless ninja warlord and the CIA's subsequent attempts to bring them to justice. Enter Captain Scott, one of the CIA's 'Action Men' who also happens to be a Tamo ninja who teams up with the local law enforcement in a last ditch attempt to bring down the ninja crime organization.
