Has major pacing issues, especially for such a low-stakes story, but there are some good comedic asides, and the characters are appealing enough. Best for very young kids.

A Norwegian animation film aimed at the younger audience, and not so much to offer the accompanying parents, though it created more mild giggles from the adults than the kids who didn't seem to enjoy much, as concluded with more children crying of boredom than laughing with the story toward the end. What kept bothering me was that I felt the animation was slow, not snappy enough to generate laughs. Everything was almost too gentle for the little children.

Ella Bella Bingo is organizing a circus for her very best friend Henry because he's never been to a circus. Ella Bella is very excited and looking forward to being the main attraction She's going to show everyone her fantastic magic trick She makes Henry disappear. But on the day of the circus, the cool boy Johnny moves into the neighborhood He has a great idea he wants to do a bicycle stunt with Henry. Henry is impressed with this new boy while Ella Bella feels like shes losing her best friend.
