A friendly spirit escapes from evil wizard Satyatheerthan (Ramaraj) & ends up in a circus camp, with Krishnan (Innocent), Sisupalan (Suraaj Venjarammoodu) & a bunch of orphan kids who lived there as pariahs, after Krishnan's adopted son Jimmy (Mammootty) was jailed for having killed the circus owner Philippose Thomas (Janardanan). The spirit, who was set free by the kids, takes Jimmy's form & helps them to get Jimmy out on parole. Jimmy takes the help of the spirit to prove his innocence. (Summary by iceblox)
