If The Asylum made a Star Wars prequel, this would be it.

The production values are actually great (special effects/CGI is pretty decent and the overall visuals are impressive), but the script, story, concept, acting, and everything else simply reeks of bad. Very predictable. Also, the movie seems to constantly scream "TURKEY IS THE BEST COUNTRY IN THE WORLD". At one point they all actually stand in a circle, dance around and sing about how Turkey is the best country in existence. Don't watch this unless you're a fan of Turkish rip-offs.

Chaotically silly piece of nonsense feels like a churning together of two stars’ sensibilities (WARS and TREK) and then a sit back taking broad, goofy laughs at the resulting concoction; as stated before, the sensibilities here are a little too loud and intense for my taste, but it’s more enjoyable than most of these sort of cut-rate comedies, with some of the design of the sci-fi sets and costumes amusing mirrors of their inspirations (plus the flagrant sex-pot bit will always get a chuckle!)

Because this is a foreign subtitled comedy the jokes are all about Turkish culture and so a lot of its meaning was lost on me. What remained though appeared surreal and absurdist but with its own "flavour", unlike anything else. This appealed to me and I was laughing a lot because of it. This film is a pretty silly knockabout and I rather enjoyed it.

Good production values (for Turkey), some callbacks to the first and a strangely appealing quirky sense of humour. Pokes gentle fun at the first movie's Turk-centric view of space with some scenes lampooning the great and mighty Turkey. I think a lot of the humour was culture-specific and lost on me, but it still had enough off-the-wall kookiness to keep me watching.
