Slick production qualities with good filmography and soundtrack. Lots of star power, but the dialog and plot were strained and unconvincing. Alec Baldwin was a disappointment with very poor delivery and performance, especially in the beginning. Selma Hayek was mostly OK. Jim Gaffigan was his typical weird self. Many bloopers. Overall it was strained and unsatisfying. Worst of all it had many humorous situations that were somehow rendered not at all funny. Poor writing and worse execution.

Wow. People should get the death penalty for making this!

Its a dramatic comedy with a lot of funny actors in it, but its really not that funny or interesting. It is however, enjoyable, and it has some feel-good moments so I suppose its "fine"

Alec Baldwin ve Salma Hayek'i beğendim. Film yalnız pasaklı. Bunun bir üst versiyonunu Jim Carrey yapmıştı. Filmin sonu iyi de bitse aynı olayların tekrarlaması soğuk bir yemek gibi oldu. Drunk Parents fumbles its opening by not setting the tone the movie should follow, and it's all downhill from there. None of the characters' decisions really ever make sense. The movie is unsure whether it wants to be slapstick or a dark comedy, half-heartedly attempting both, indicated by the variety of unnecessary oddball characters introduced. Even the title of the movie and closing narration are unsure of what the movie is. Hayek and Baldwin are alright, but give this one a miss.
