Drowning Fish

Somewhat uneven comedy/crime flick redeemed by good performances and some outright laughs when it gets going. An odd couple pairing is forced on 2 delinquent detectives by a shadowy internal affairs unit so as to investigate a bizarre company blackmail case . Things turn out to be not quite as they seem, the good become bad and the bad, perhaps have their reasons. Also, who can be trusted when the chips come crashing down? Initially unimpressed but by the end thought "not bad".
