Dreyfus

Richard Oswald with an ambitious telling of Dreyfus case, where a Jewish officer was falsely accused of espionage. Keep in mind that this was produced in 1930 Germany, where Jews was already a political pawn, so it's quite the statement doing such movie in that climate. Regardless of timing, it's a strong drama too. Does a fairly in-depth telling of the traitorous behavior of the higher ranks. Felt it did the situation justice.
