Dragon from Russia

A pretty silly martial arts comedy which feels influenced in equal parts by Jackie Chan and Stephen Chow. Which sounds like a good thing, but isn't if the plot is incomprehensibly weird and switches randomly to different locations and characters every 20 minutes. In the end there are a few good fight scenes and a few characters you can focus on, but there is just no cohesion between one part and another. The dialogue is bad and it tries very hard to be funny in ways Westerners cannot understand.
