I'm a huge fan of Leigh Scott, and this movie was so disappointing! Check out Transmorphers if you want to see Leigh Scott at his best. Even though Michael Bay stole most of Scott's original and awesome ideas out of the film, it still remains the best transforming robot movie of all time. Skip Dragon and go straight for Transmorphers!!!!

Impressively cheap-looking even for a $500,000 Asylum production. Outside of the aerial scenery stock footage mentioned by Hells Zargon and a Playstation 2-esque shot of two CGI armies clashing together, every second of the movie is a small group of people walking through a forest and occasionally fighting "dark elves" (guys in blackface vs our all-white heroes, in case you weren't already uncomfortable) and a hilarious CGI dragon. Amelia Jackson-Gray forgets to emote.

As another very low budget film from Leigh Scott you'd expect it to be pretty darn terrible, something provided by the bucketload. In a strange way it's quite watchable despite the lame acting, scrabbled together story (it's basically Dungeons & Dragons) and poor props. Intergrated with scenery sections which seem to be ripped from a documentary and comprise of mountains not even visible on the landscape was a decent idea to widen the horizons. For such a tiny budget though, it's not that bad.
