Dr. Kildare's Victory

Dr. Kildare's Victory (1942) was the last of the series to star Lew Ayres. For what became the final Dr. Kildare entry we have what feels like a 'cut and paste' job of left-over script ideas, therefore a largely uneven affair. Everything feels like it's barely been tweaked for best effect. Okay, I might make it out worse than it was, but while it was the usual pleasant story with some moral grumbling, it doesn't reach any emotional tops and simply just paces along in it's boredom.
