Down to the Sea

There is plenty of life in this fishermen's drama! Rival fishers/divers in a lifestyle where death is an honor. Irving Pichel was the ultimate sleazebag to everyone, taking donation money, fishing illegally, bullying and abusing anyone he felt like hurting. They really over-did the point of him being an asshole. We follow two childhood friends who become sour at each other. There is lots going on, but also it's a fairly average production which sadly kept it from getting too engaging.
