Divorce

This Divorce became final for Helen Mack in Hollywood. Her final film. Kay Francis, the vamp in the film, only made two more pictures and then she was out too. So this did not end well for two stars of 1930s melodramas. I guess people wanted something more uplifting with the war ending and family finally being reunited again. For honestly this was a minor bore. Decent acted and all that, so not the actresses fault, but there was never any real appeal to the story which rather poorly written.
