Well crafted, and surprisingly even-handed, portrait of Ailes serves as a closely observed portrait of the man (significant warts and all), as well as his role in shaping the modern political landscape for better or worse; some unexpectedly startling moments of insight from the talking heads largely dominated by FOX News contributors past and present are highlights; his eventual downfall contrasting with the rise of Trump is almost the most fascinating sequence.
