Disturbing Behavior

Has everything cheesy horror should have: unintentional laughs, bad acting, boobs, terrible plot, etc. What's not to love? Another thing I enjoyed was how they ripped off both Total Recall and A Clockwork Orange in the same exact scene, it was epic. Also, Katie Holmes is so fucking hot.

The WB meets Sci-Fi Original

Not bad.

It's so unapologetically grungy & dripping with angst that it actually kind of works better than it should, but that doesn't mean it's anything special. The cast is solid, with Stahl & Sadler really shining, but ultimately this just does very little to capitalize on its premise & offers flat characters, a flat setting, & a rushed plot that doesn't make a lot of sense & isn't really trying to. It's definitely watchable & enjoyable for what it is, but it could've been a lot more than that.

Enjoyable, but very forgettable little movie. Ridiculous premise, decent execution. And Katie Holmes was still cute.

A dose of nostalgia with Katie Holmes. Weird that they cut out a romance between her and Marsden. Similarly, felt like the sister should have done more but she didn't even react appropriately. Fav scene: the sheer ridiculousness of driving a car off a random high waterfall (on an island), then Marsden yeeting Greenwood 50 feet away from the cliff.

Has elements of Strange Behavior, Invasion of the Body Snatchers and The Stepford Wives. Gotta love William Sadler as a crazy janitor who really knows what is going on. Pretty decent yet really dated scif horror movie.

Disturbing Behavior probably had a decent idea for a movie buried somewhere within it, but that premise doesn't shine through in the finished product. This is a dull, drab, and dumb movie with very few, if any, redeeming qualities. It's not scary, it's not thrilling, it doesn't make you think, it doesn't make you feel, and it won't make you appreciate a single aspect about it. There are TV shows with better episodes that require half the time and none of the financial investment.

Bad. Builds up Holmes' character as a badass, then lets her become just another damsel.

Stahl was good but overall lacking in flavour.

Teen body-snatcher horror film that often gets confused with The Faculty, which is a much better film overall. Nick Stahl is great in this, but the material just somehow doesn't fit, and Katie Holmes is horribly miscast.

Holmes' cuteness is only rivaled by her inability to act. Standard teen horror fare.

One of my absolute favorite horror/sci fi movies. The premise is creepy and the script is well written. One of the few movies where I actually liked Katie Holmes.

Nice little teen thriller. Great performance by William Sadler in this. Too short though, could have done with some fleshing out Couldn't help thinking that this must have been what it was like for Katie when she became a scientologist, except Tom didn't bust her out...

The premise & cute high school kids really make the picture. Of course i would have preferred everything to go a lot further. To be applauded for being brief & not bothering with lengthy explanations, although i have the feeling the picture went through a real chop job.

Essentially it's Invasion of the Body Snatchers except modified to suit a teenage audience. None of the acting is particularly good, although to be fair the script isn't anything beyond standard teen-horror stereotypes either. It's got a couple of good moments but really nothing above that.
