Dick Tracy's Dilemma

What the short-lived 1940s Dick Tracy series did well was make monsters out of actors that wasn't getting much high-profile work. They did so with Dick Wessel as Cueball, and here with Jack Lambert as The Claw. Actually all the characters involved gets a extra treatment that makes them stand-out, which is why these films are more fun for me than your average crime fighter.
