Dr Arjun (Fahad Fazil) is a young oncologist who lives in a posh apartment in the world's biggest and expensive building in Dubai, Burg Khalifa. Because of his lavish lifestyle and spendthrift attitude, Dr Arjun gets into a huge debt with credit card companies. Over the period that he lives in Dubai and in Kerala, Dr Arjun's life gets completely intertwined by the three women who enter his life.
