Detour to Danger

Stars John Daheim, a guy who worked a long time in Hollywood, but mostly did uncredited parts. He basically a stand-in for the now aging Talmadge, doing what he'd usually do in his own movies when he was younger. And that's where those stunt man skills comes in handy. As an actor he was awkward and goofy. So was Talmadge, so not much different to the formula, honestly. Has it's corny charms, but the plot was super weak and the latter half tanks because of it. The action couldn't make up for it.
