Detective Conan: Skyscraper on a Timer

Maybe it's because I didn't start with the Manga or the show, but I don't get it. It's "Die Hard," plus "Inspector Gadget," written by Agatha Christie, animated with a mix between 80's American cartoons and Anime. There's a good twenty something of these movies, so I guess I'll see if the others are also this dumb.
