A surprisingly good one-off OVA about a counter-terrorist squad. The animation is decent, the character designs worked really well given that they seem more suited to a romance manga than an action piece. The story is fast-paced and fun while still featuring some grim depictions of violence and death. I would've liked to seem more adventure of the C.A.T. squad but I'll have to settle for this solo effort.
