Der Mann, der seinen Mörder sucht

Brilliant little film! Heinz Rühmann wants to commit suicide, so he hires someone to kill himself for him! Well, a dizzy dame gets in the way and he got to cancel the deal before the killer kills him. And it's all done in something resembling German Expressionism, which is a variation of the later film-noir style. All done in a playful and stylishly way that brings both the excitement and the laughs. Sadly there are reels missing, especially at the start.
