Der Goldene Handschuh

One of the most digusting, brutal, insane and well... funny movies I've seen in a long time. Sex scenes with tree spoons and bratwursts, bizarre and overly long murder scenes and maggots dripping from corpses down on an unknowing family's dinner table. Yup, this movie is pretty far out yet pretty close to the true story.

Unremarkable as a movie, but the setting is great (if I hadn't been to that bar, I would have thought that the characters were exaggerated).

There are some good moments, specially some very well directed scenes and Dassler has some impressive moments. But overall it looks like a frustrated project, there was the intention of telling a story but the movie doesn't reach the expectations. It leaves the impression of extending too much certain parts of the plot (ie. when Gerda is on the plot) and rushing other moments. The fantasy with the young blonde girl is remarkable.

This was basically misery porn. It's well-made - set design and acting are actually quite impressive - but apart from beeing as disgusting as possible there is not much to it.

Fatih Akın'dan cesaret dolu 1 seri katil filmi. 1970'li yıllarda 4 fahişeyi kendi evinde öldüren çirkin yüzlü seri katilin vahşet dolu filmi. Set tasarımına bayıldım. Öldürme sahneleri çok iyi çekilmiş. Gözümüze bastıra bastıra değil ama sanki yanı başınızda öldürüyor gibi. Jonas Dassler çok iyi oynamış. Film bu kadar kötü 1 konuyu muhteşem şekilde çekilmesi ilginç. Filmin sonlarına doğru 1 sahne var ki, tam bir pislik. Kusursuz. Thriller night

Extremely well-made. Surprisingly few walk-outs. But what I am to take away from this disgusting movie experience, I'm sure I don't know.

Sehr ekliger und expliziter Film,der aber zeigt,dass es auch gute deutsche Darstellerleistungen gibt.Ich kann gar nicht wirklich sagen was ich von dem Film halte,da er zum Teil nicht wie ein Film wirkt,sondern eher wie original Material.Eins ist er auf jeden Fall,verstörend.Schauspielerisch einfach grandios,aber ich kann dem Film keine hohe Wertung geben,da er,wie bereits erwähnt,eher verstörend als unterhaltend ist.Da es ein deutscher Film ist,gibt es auch eine deutsche Meinung.

What a beginning. You can't wait to see the end.

I get that the director wanted to present a killer without humanizing him which is different then most serial killer movies, but it was just a dull film. Not Fastmoving (5), poor Story (5), Script (5) and Cinematography (5), okay Acting (15).

Akin places you right there with the events. being portrayed. In this case, "right there" might not be somewhere you want to be.

i just made up a score for this bad bad film. every cliche from the holy virgin to the whore-hunting which you had enough to watch is resurrected again and again without any point than to disturb. yet even this effect couldn't be achieved.

Extremely not well-made. If you already had chance to read Heinz Strunk's actual book. This movie will evantually disappoint you. But I must say bizarre scenes on bratwurst and bloody senf on penis looks promising.
