Der Fluch der Menschheit - 2

Daughter of the Night (1920) comes from two German films edited down to just 55 minutes, which is all we have of Der Fluch der Menschheit (1920) part 1 & 2. Fairly fast paced in it's cut down existence. Would probable have felt more dramatic had we had the full build-up, but most important is seeing a young version of Bela Lugosi in one of the important parts. Still with intense enigmatic eyes, he looked surprisingly handsome in his early days, especially in a tux. Elegant for sure!
