Demolition High

A 25 year old Corey Haim plays the teenaged protagonist in this Die Hard at high school forgotten gem. By gem I mean mineral and by mineral I mean gangue. Someone does dive/slide face first into a saw so it's not all bad.

This is dumbest of the dumb level action shlock, but it's honestly kinda fun if taken for exactly what it is. Corey Haim is woefully (& hilariously) miscast as a gritty Bronx teen, a bunch of low-level thieves somehow get their hands on a nuclear missile, & there's out of place one-liners peppered throughout the whole script. By Wynorski standards it's a masterpiece, but by all other standards it's a silly cheesefest with enough entertaining moments to be watchable. Kills 85 minutes.
