Deep Dark Canyon

Enjoyable chase/siege thriller has an oddly overstated style to its dialogue and situations that make it difficult to determine whether the humorous moments are deliberately so, or the result of slight ham-fistedness in the writing. Other than that, sort of putters along in "movie of the week" mode, with generally fine performances all round; the finale which paints the leads as folk heroes isn't quite convincing, given the story threads leading up to it.
