Decadent Evil II

After the first movie the two surviving main characters, Suger and Dex, flee to Little Rock Arkansas in search of a way to revive their vampire hunting friend Ivan. Upon Arrival they set up in a seemingly run-down motel room. Using Ivan's cross to hunt out a vampire powerful enough to revive their friend, leads them to a local gentleman's club. (imdb)
