Death and Glory in Changde

Occasional good war scenes, but it's got far too many dudes in a room planning war strategies and crap. There's too much drama, not enough violence, and sometimes you'll see action sequences that are so blatantly fake that it's a little humorous. These things are par for the course for a relatively low budget Chinese movie, as are jingoistic portrayals of Chinese soldiers and demonic portrayals of the Japanese, this one isn't on the extreme side, but it is noticeable.
