Daisy

This movie has impressed me in many ways... Kind of revolution for Korean cinema. Lau describes very good triangle love story. Surprisingly all set in Amsterdam!

Amazing-looking picture in which 3 supermodel Koreans cavort atypically around an idyllic Holland of permanent sunshine before breaking into repeated senseless gunfights. The script is truly bipolar, with a girly romance scented of candied rose petals, and loads of macho posturing and pale imitations of Infernal Affairs. The descent into madness is made tolerable by the nice classical score and painterly cinematography. However the female character development seems chauvinistic and distasteful.

It stands out from the rest of the Korean movies, it is different, watch it and you will know what I mean.

Pretty good, with some excellent scenes, but overall not special. Acting is good throughout though.

Awesome romantic movie. I really can't find any remarkable faults. Maybe only location(Amsterdam, Netherlands) doesn't fit really into everything. Don't they have daisies in Korea or what?
