Bizarre microbudget martial arts flick that barely made any sense, but I think it's about a futuristic/post apocalyptic world where a group of traditional kung fu students get mixed up with a couple of drug addled babes and the huge gang of Chinese Neo-Nazis who seem to be affiliated with the arcade/club where they hang out. This somehow leads to a double cross and a kickboxing match to the death. Weird, full of brawling chop socky, and saddled with one of the worst English dubs I've ever heard.

Some rare shit right here. For a movie that only seems available in poor quality English dubbed VHS-to-DVD transfer, it seems to have quite a following. Granted, it's a good choice if you are looking for something seriously bizarre. As for plot I'll have to trust that Wikipedia description, as it hardly made any sense to me. That whole part with neo-nazi ballerinas was literally jaw-dropping for me. This is actually cyberpunk before cyberpunk existed.
