Cyborg Cop

Started off strong but fizzled out as it went on until the lame ending.

The ratio of explosions to physical action is a bit off for a Sam Firstenberg film, but there is a lot of outrageous B movie fun starting with John Rhys-Davies hamming it up gloriously as the bad guy.Violent mean and cheesy. It is rather slapdash put together but there's plenty of energy and one has to love Nu Image's lack of shame in promising a Robocop clone in the title and then delivering something else.David Bradley, 90's low budget action last option when everyone else turns down a roles.

There are some redeeming qualities. John Rhys-Davies and a cyborg killer named Quincy among the best of them. This is definite d-level crap and you may or may not enjoy it even knowing that, but hey, it could be worse.
