Slick and breezy Soderbergh-flavoured con/caper is light enough on its feet to forgive the ultimately predictable arc; also nice as a rare opportunity to see Reilly relish playing the fast-talking alpha in charge of the game, with Gyllenhaal, Luna and Mullan effectively ambiguous in support. Almost seems like a seedier version of DIRTY ROTTEN SCOUNDRELS at times; light-weight and insubstantial but fun.

One of those crime films that thinks it's genius, but is really horribly predictable and formulaic.

It's an all-right Americanization of "Nine Queens." The original really benefits from its lack of Hollywood influences, though. Argentina is more interesting as a setting for this than Los Angeles, and relative unknowns make more convincing con artists than what you see in this film. This film imitates "Nine Queens" closely enough to where it's still interesting to watch, though.

Not as good as "Nueve Reinas" but entertaining.

Not so much for me. I kept expecting Reilly to make a joke or Gyllenhaal to die or something. I really hate "Maggie."

It's a joke with a 83 minute set-up and a half minute punchline. I saw most of the punchline coming and the setup wasn't that special. Diego Luna was good though.

Incredibly disappointing confidence man film with a predictable plot twist that made me want to strangle a kitten. That crappy Ed Burns movie "Confidence" even does it better than this.

Slightly, slightly predictable, but largely entertaining. I love John C. Reilly!
