A parody on terrible film making from the Mack Sennett crew. Very fitting from this gang. They sure know a lot about that. Best gag was the "explosion". You could easily feel "producer" Oliver Hardy's feelings about that turkey. So some good jokes and exaggerated acting, but overall a bit tame... and unsophisticated. But that's Sennett's trademark.
