Radio voice actor Frank Graham comes to Hollywood to continue his success. Unfortunately he signed with Monogram, so the project to make him a specialty snoop was a flop in every way. Barely a laugh as a he impersonates just about every one in the movie. Shame, could have worked with better talent handling the production.
