One of the last Mascot films to be produced before they merged into Republic Pictures. And it's a cheap cop undercover story with a decent little cast of Donald Cook up front, Evalyn Knapp as the blond, chasing Theodore von Eltz with Warren Hymer being the laughs. Absolutely nothing remarkable, but could be amusing as long as you know what you're getting yourself in for.
