Based on a stage play by C. Stafford Dickens. Neil Hamilton stars as Peter Fedor, a stage actor who bears a striking resemblance to Prince Alexis of Kordovia (also Neil Hamilton). Getting into a fight with the hotheaded Alexis, Peter gives the prince a royal shiner. Impressed by his courage, the Queen Mother orders Peter to impersonate Alexis, who has announced that he will give up his throne if he is forced to marry the contentious Princess Katerina.

With so many capable people behind this movie it's amazing how bad it is! The acting is dreadful. The story boring as hell. And production values and non-existent. James Cruze produced it. Walter Lang directed it. And Una Merkel, Mischa Auer, Neil Hamilton & Thelma Todd were among those that acted, and could have ruined their careers, in it. And it was released by.... Tiffany Productions. Ah.... a poverty row outfit that sometimes tried to go extravagant.
