Combat

Quickly gets really taxing and I gave it up some two minutes into the movie. Those first two minutes had too aggressive, underdeveloped approach to light and sound and appear as plain gimmickry with nothing to keep me watching. Two minutes must be my personal record. Strange that this guy also directed The Descent, which is one helluva movie.

I bet it's called combat because love is a battlefield, right? The uniqueness of the idea gets old quick after which the sound is just grating.

Decent idea done clumsily, very much a student film.

An early short by the director of Dog Soldiers which places audio for war and combat over the attempts by a group of men to flirt with women at a bar. It does not work at all.
