Circumstantial Evidence

The idea is brilliant, but the execution leaves a lot to be desired. Not surprisingly as it's made by a small company called Chesterfield. But it's still fairly captivating in it's basic methods as a news paper man wants to prove something about circumstantial evidence. So he cooks up a plan with his friend to make a fake murder. Except someone actually murders the victim. Even without the great production values or star actors one can get something good out of that premises.
