A movie made in 1970 that feels like it was made in like 1957. The end boss fight is between two old guys. Just.. who cares?

Enjoyable'n'breezy, although I get the feeling Chisum would be a heel IRL.

Em honra do centenário de Andrew V. McLaglen. Devo confessar que não estava com o mínimo espírito de encarar um John Wayne hoje, mas felizmente o fiz porque é menos sobre Chisum e mais sobre Billy the Kid. Billy the Kid sempre foi meu anti-herói favorito do velho oeste americano, foi com um filme sobre ele que passei a gostar de westerns na adolescência e embora ainda ache a versão do Peckinpah imbatível, esse aqui também não é mau e fiquei feliz de tê-lo visto. Liked the opening film credits use of a western painting. Would have enjoyed the film more if it wasn't a ridicules ripoff of the Lincoln County war.

Cartoonish and cliche. I can already tell I'm not a Wayne fan.

As compelling as any other Wayne, if for nothing other than spot-the-actor. This one has Nelse from El Dorado among others.
