Aattiprackal Jimmy Jacob (Mohanlal), the local youth-wing leader of the Kerala Desham Congress political party & a strongman, gets a foe in the form of new Superintendent of Police, Nayana Pillai (Nagma), who tries to reign in Jimmy's rule in Kottayam. Later, Jimmy is betrayed by his father-figure & party leader K.C.
