Chan attempts to solve a case involving a stolen shipment of chemicals. When murder enters the picture, the most likely suspect is a chap who claims that the victim had stolen his secret chemical formulas. Naturally, this fellow can't be guilty, which Chan proves in due time. Offering their usual ham-handed assistance are Charlie's son Tommy (Victor Sen Yung) and chauffeur Birmingham Brown (Mantan Moreland). (imdb)

This Chan was really a Wong, and casting Roland Winters as Chan was really wrong.

Just over an hour long, but with a big cast of virtually indistinguishable characters that get wheeled on, say a few lines of hackneyed dialogue, then get wheeled off again until the big finalé. It's hard to care about anything that's going on when the characters are so bland, the plot is so convoluted, the acting is so wooden and the direction is so insipid.
