Bury Me Not on the Lone Prairie

The highlight of Bury Me Not on the Lone Prairie (1941) was Jimmy Wakely and His Rough Riders singing, you guessed it, Bury Me Not on the Lone Prairie.... and Fuzzy Knight going plain loco! Otherwise a uneven cowboy cheapy starring Johnny Mack Brown.

One of the only singing cowboy westerns where I actually kind of like hte songs, but the comic relief segments are just so so so so so so bad.

The comedy and music are terrible and the rest of the film is simply bland and forgettable.
