Bunco Squad

Cracking down spiritual mediums taking advantage of lonely old ladies for cash. Works alright with plenty of nasty criminal behavior. Was weird seeing Ricardo Cortez with such a reclining hairline. This was pretty much the end of the screen career for slick actor. He would only appear in one more feature film eight years later, along with a couple of TV appearances. For me he was still excellent, the highlight for me in Bunco Squad (1950)
