Bull

As a sucker for revenge films, Bull had me bored to tears. Toss in a ridiculous closing twist that does little to change the events we've seen, and it's clear that Bull is missing a second part to its title.

Truly the most inane and juvenile cliche of a premise/twist-ending in the playbook, but deserves some points for the capable execution.

I'm not entirely sure how I feel about the twist and how it was delivered. It felt like a cop-out upon finishing the film, but if I change my mind I will come back and up this to a 70, because the idea of it is not terrible. Aside from that, a sometimes corny revenge thriller. I like revenge movies by default, but some of the dialogue (and how it's said) is pretty bad here. The kills were pretty gruesome. But all in all, it's an entertaining and incredibly dark flick.
