A Jane Withers comedy. Exactly what you'd expect. Poking her nose where it doesn't belong. This time at the police academy, stringing "brains" Warren Hymer along. That's when it was at it's most fun. The plot does lose some of it's interest when real crooks emerged, but Withers has enough spunk to cover that.
