Bloody Moon

This is preposterous, and doesn't make a lick of sense. The premise, the setting (what kind of school is this?), the characters; all nonsense. Some unintentional humour is supplied in the form of truly atrocious dubbing and some cheap-looking kills, but it is largely dull and I'd struggle to recommend it unless you were drunk.

With a plot as threadbare as the lingerie, it feels like a horror film made by sex addicts who only needed to make a movie to get the money to get them to the next fix. The overdubbing is so hilariously terrible, it ends up being the most amusing thing about it.

I am confident if that boulder hit me it would explode. Everyone in this movie is playing a game of who has the best sweater getup. Starts very slow but picks up - doesn't really belong as a video nasty after the last movie I watched though lol. They kill a snake for no reason and really linger on it :(

Bloody terrible to forgive the pun. A sluggish film, baffling considering how short it is, that when you're watching it feels like Franco was completely apathetic to the material. I'm not fond of slashers anyway, so a bad one like this is far more painful to sit through.

Mindless yet endlessly entertaining Euro-trash slasher that Franco seems to have done for a bit of extra cash. Deliciously atrocious dubbing and dialogue and most of the gore scenes feature obvious mannequins getting hacked up to pieces or drenched in tomato sauce.

Dire.

Lua Sangrenta estreava há 40 anos na Alemanha Ocidental. Eu só podia estar louca de assistir dois slashers numa noite só, um gênero que odeio. Naquela época a Alemanha era a maior consumidora de trasheiras de horror, sobretudo de zumbis e canibais, apesar deste filme ter sido gravado na Espanha, é uma coprodução alemã e Franco lhes lega uma espécie de elo perdido entre o giallo e o slasher com um twist de novela mexicana bem ao gosto do paladar germânico. The script essentially rips off Carpenter's Halloween at a language school, and Franco seems so bored with it that rather than giving a shit about things like character and suspense he just focuses on *very* stylized kills of interchangeable young women. Trashy enough to hold your attention.

Its decent but there are so many better slashers out there but I can't recommend this one.
