Blood Diner

Not great but it won me over eventually. The music score was awful and I almost tapped out before an entire squad of topless cheerleaders were mowed down by a guy in a Ronald Reagan mask. I guess I have time for THAT. It took longer than I care to admit to realize that this is an ode to Blood Feast. It's on par with the Herschell level of quality.

The best movie Herschel Gordon Lewis never made which may not be saying much but if you know you know baby. I wasnt into this at all but then a room full of naked aerobics was interrupted by uhh Ronald Reagans and I was thrown back into the fray of caring. Theres also a wrestling subplot and some puppet thing and none of it matters at all.

Surprisingly funny horror comedy that is basically a remake of HG Lewis' Blood Feast with a couple of idiots and a brain in a jar replacing the lone psycho trying to resurrect an ancient goddess via sacrifice and cannibalism. There's fake limbs galore, three of the lamest cops ever, goopy gore splashing everywhere, a neo-Nazi surf rock band, and a chick who gets her head shoved into a deep fryer. Not bad at all.

Is this a good movie? No, but I was entertained anyways. Prime material for The Last Drive In.

I was not surprised to learn that this was originally intended to be a sequel to Blood Feast because during my viewing it felt so familiar. The difference for me was I found Blood Feast to be a slog and Blood diner to be entertaining and funny.

Right from the first scene I knew this was gonna be unhinged greatness. Blood boo-fay, baby

Sheetar save us. The coolest thing about this film was that they were able to do so many effects on a small budget. Otherwise, the plot is okay, the acting is okay (though everyone appears dubbed), but the characters don't make sense and the whole thing sort of moves along various set pieces until the end. Fav scenes: naked woman using martial arts and kicking ass until a stalactite randomly kills her; first time I'd ever seen someone get deep-fried.

Absolute trash with horrible writing and somehow even worse acting. Obviously you don't go into something like this expecting a masterpiece, but I'd at least expect it to be competent and have a sense of fun. It's really tedious and doesn't even work for shock value despite lots of blood and gore.

the best scenes involve people being run over by, or crashing cars, but there's some other really weird stuff going on. burks should be a bill paxton impersonator. entertainingly bad.

Stupid and crude, but strangely entertaining.

The movie I chose for the Halloween party I hosted. So silly, so 80’s, there is just so much frantic, over the top energy. Kinda camp-ish. Nowhere near good, but it kept the conversation going hahaha

Watched it with friends at a Halloween party and had a great time; the movie's a total mess. Kinda boring but displays some brilliance in a way.

This was fucking terrible. Not sure why this is generally so well liked.

Goofy and stupid. Fails to live up to the potential of its premise.
