Black Day Blue Night

Where did this thing come from? Kind of loved it. My son recently blew my mind when I was talking about a movie I had recently loved (Detention for the scorekeepers, review coming in three months) by asking what its parent films would be if it was a child (you'll have to wait three months for that answer). To apply that here I'd say Bitter Harvest and Born of Fire which probably doesn't sell this any better than my initial recommendation does, but...I kind of loved this.
